YOUR ROLE You have P&L responsibility for the DACH region, and you lead all commercial activities As customer contact of Key Accounts and Distributors you are responsible for year-end negotiations, commercial agreements and price management Together with Marketing you develop the yearly commercial support and innovation plan as well as a strong brand positioning You are responsible for day-to-day management of distributors and key accounts whilst fostering and developing these business partnerships You develop and execute the future growth strategy together with Marketing by identifying new business opportunities, by expanding the existing business and by a smart combination of the existing sales channels (Distributors and Key Accounts) As a person you show creativity and eagerness to capture opportunities when they present themselves YOUR PROFILE You have extensive sales experience in the FMCG industry, ideally in the confectionary industry in the DACH region Besides a strong network and knowledge of the German / DACH retail landscape you ideally have experience in managing distributors You have proven your ability of successfully managing P&L and of growing businesses As a person you have a hands-on attitude with the ability to roll up your sleeves and you feel comfortable with working in an agile, entrepreneurial company environment from home You demonstrate strong strategic planning and negotiation skills You have a business university degree or a similar qualification You are fluent in German and in English This position offers a key role within a growing, non-bureaucratic company environment which values entrepreneurship and agility.
